The ING DIRECT Investment Savings Account has become popular for its high interest rates, no fees, no service charges and no minimum deposit limits. The very successful $13 introductory deposit offer continued to test well, but ING’s agency Response Innovations wanted to test a new package format which combined all the elements of the control package into a single piece, letter and reply form. The result was a clean, hardworking package that was ultimately more affordable.
