Motors Cadillac Catera Direct Mail Package
When General Motors introduced the "Caddy That Zigs" in 1998,
they wanted to send a very special test-drive invitation to all current
Cadillac owners. I absolutely adore writing automotive copy because it
allows me to play off the unmistakably emotional connection between people
and their cars. In this case, a Blitz Direct in-house art director and
I were able to draw a colourful parallel between test-driving this opulent
touring sedan and the unexpected exhilaration of a hole-in-one, service
ace and corner pocket shot.
