American Express wanted to rewrite and redesign their entire Canadian website based on a new set of international standards. Working with the pros at Ogilvy Interactive and OgilvyOne worldwide, I tightened, reorganized and rewrote the entire site to "optimize" the customer online experience -- an absolutely massive web writing project, that I enjoyed immensely!
